A 'Japanese only' hotel, which allegedly did not entertain Indians and other foreign nationals in its restaurant, has been closed down by the Greater Bangalore City Corporation (GBCC) on charges of racial discrimination.

The Broadlands Lodge in Triplicane where the Indians are not allowed. This is the residence of a former Nawab in Chennai. The hotel only serves customers who possess with a foreign passport and the Indians don’t allowed in the Lodge.
